If you are unhappy with any aspect of your vehicle purchase or experience with us, please contact us so we can investigate your concerns and work towards a fair resolution.

    We will review the information provided, investigate the circumstances and contact you if further information is required.

    We will communicate our findings and proposed resolution clearly and fairly.

Finance and credit

Venturo Auto Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not offer, arrange or introduce finance or credit. Complaints about our vehicles or services are handled under our own complaints procedure and applicable UK consumer law.

If your complaint concerns a finance or credit agreement you arranged independently with a lender, please raise it directly with that lender using their own complaints procedure.

General vehicle purchase complaints

Complaints relating to vehicle condition, vehicle descriptions, warranties or your statutory consumer rights will be reviewed in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Any commercial warranty supplied with a vehicle is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory consumer rights. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you may also seek free, independent advice from Citizens Advice or contact your local Trading Standards service.

Privacy and confidentiality

Complaint information is processed securely and used only to investigate and resolve your complaint, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Access to complaint records is restricted to authorised staff.
