About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to the sale of vehicles by Venturo Auto Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the site or purchasing a vehicle you accept these terms.
Funding your purchase
Venturo Auto Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not offer, arrange, recommend or introduce any credit, finance, leasing, hire purchase or insurance products. Any funding you arrange is entirely a matter between you and your own provider.
Vehicle descriptions and availability
We describe every vehicle as accurately as we can, and photographs are of the actual vehicle unless stated otherwise. Specifications, mileage and equipment should be verified on inspection before purchase. Stock is subject to prior sale and prices may change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
Deposits and reservations
A vehicle can be reserved with a deposit, which holds it for an agreed period and is deducted from the purchase price. Deposits are refundable if we cannot supply the vehicle as described or if you cancel within any period agreed in writing at the time of payment. Where you withdraw for other reasons, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover costs incurred.
Payment and collection
Full payment must clear before a vehicle is released. Title passes on receipt of cleared funds. Vehicles are collected by appointment from our London premises unless delivery is agreed separately in writing.
Your consumer rights
Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, taking into account their age, mileage and price. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Vehicles sold to trade buyers are sold as seen and trade rules apply.
Website use
Content on this site is provided for information only and may be updated at any time. You may not copy or reuse our photographs, listings or branding without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
